Alleged Cruise Ship Rapist Indicted for Crimes Against Minor Passenger

FLORIDA – A federal grand jury has indicted a 31-year-old man who allegedly participated in the gang rape of a 15-year-old girl aboard a cruise ship last month.
Casey Dickerson was indicted on two counts of sexual crime Wednesday after being accused of forcing sex on a minor aboard the Carnival Cruise Line ship, the Sensation.
According to court records, Dickerson and his wife were on the cruise ship, which departed from Port Canaveral on Aug. 16. The couple had requested an alternative cabin because their area was noisy, but even after being transferred to another stateroom, they kept both cabins.
Allegedly, Dickerson and four other young boys went with the female victim to the other room, where they all took turns holding her down and forcing sex with her, according to the victim. However, Dickerson claims he was intoxicated at the time and didn’t know what was going on. He contends he did not have sex with the young victim.
The other boys that were said to be involved in the rape incident have yet to be charged. Because they are minors, prosecutors must first obtain permission from the Attorney General to formally file sexual harassment and rape charges against them.
Sexual harassment is a serious crime, but when it happens to a minor, there are several more complications that ensue. Children are not able to protect themselves the way an adult might and have a tendency of keeping sexual crimes to themselves out of fear. Luckily, this young victim was courageous enough to tell authorities about the incident and hopefully she and her loved ones will obtain justice for the atrocious incident.
John Travolta Allegedly Banned from New York Hotel for Sexual Harassment

Waters have been still for a few weeks in the John Travolta sexual harassment case, but that isn’t stopping a New York hotel from taking action in response to allegations.
Allegedly, the Peninsula Hotel has banned the “Grease” star from its premises because of his supposed sexual encounters with male employees.
A former male masseur at the Manhattan hotel claims Travolta was blacklisted for three years from the hotel’s spa for alleged lewd conduct with other male masseurs.
However, Travolta’s sexual harassment lawyer, Marty Singer, denies his client committed any sexual harassment and has dismissed the allegations that he was banned from the hotel, noting that Travolta has since returned to the Peninsula.
So far, three other supposed male victims have come forward accusing the actor of inappropriate sexual behavior. Two are anonymous male masseurs and the third is a cruise ship employee.
While the Travolta case has certainly received a lot of attention, countless other sexual harassment cases are taking place right now without anyone doing anything to stop them. Sexual harassment can include any behavior that is sexual in nature and unwelcomed by the recipient. It can be as general as a sexual joke to as severe as rape.
However, regardless of the individual situation, it is important for all victims to come forward and seek help. If you or someone you know was hurt by a sexual predator, contact a sexual harassment attorney immediately to file a case.
Sexual harassment lawyers will fight for your rights and ensure the perpetrator is held accountable for their actions. They will also see to it that you receive compensation for your pain and suffering.
Don’t wait and allow the harassment to escalate; turn to a sexual harassment attorney immediately to file a case.
John Travolta Breaks Silence on Sexual Harassment Scandal

After staying quiet regarding the allegations against him, John Travolta has decided to speak up about the sexual harassment he has been accused of.
The 58-year-old actor broke his silence on the most recent sexual assault incident involving a former Royal Caribbean cruise worker. Travolta dismissed the accusation as just “another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims” from someone who’s “looking for their 15 minutes of fame.”
The alleged victim, Fabian Zanzi, claims he met Travolta in June 2009 while on the cruise ship. After delivering food to the star’s stateroom, Zanzi claims Travolta asked him for a neck massage and then took off his robe and embraced him against his will.
“Take me, I will take care of you, please,” is what Zanzi claims Travolta told him. Zanzi also alleges Travolta offered him $12,000 to keep quiet about the incident.
“The claims are completely contradicted by what Mr. Zanzi told his employer back in 2009 when he was being disciplined for his own violations of company policy,” said Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer. “In his handwritten report three years ago, the only physical contact he claimed occurred was allegedly touching my client’s neck. The inappropriate conduct he alleges in his lawsuit is absent from his written report he submitted at the time. That glaring omission speaks volumes.”
Travolta added that Zanzi waited three years to come forward with the claims and has no doubt his client will emerge from the lawsuit victorious.
Zanzi has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Travolta seeking unspecified damages.
If you experienced unwanted sexual advances or conduct, turn to a sexual harassment attorney immediately to protect your rights. Your lawyer will see to it that the offender is brought to justice and that you obtain compensation for your pain and suffering.
