		<description><![CDATA[As a Supervisor I have had a sexual harassment complaint filed against me by a union employee after recent discipline.  Company investigated and found no proof - basically he said she said.   He has basically made it all up to try to get me in trouble or fired.   I want to know what my rights are.   I have been unable to hold HIM to the same standards as others that work for me now, because HR will not support me.   I have lost respect of co-workers and others that report to me.  I feel this will hurt my opportunities for promotions.   
Who can I contact to go into greater detail and find out if I have a case against the complainer or company?]]></description>
